This error only happens if you are connecting to Microsoft Services for Macintosh (SFM) using the custom Microsoft User Authentication Module (MSUAM). This issue does not affect Acronis Files Connect because it uses either the built-in DHX or Kerberos User Authentication Modules which work fine on the Intel Macs.

As noted in a previous Knowledge Base article, there is a bug in Mac OS X 10.5.6 that causes it to report no search results when searching against AFP servers other than Mac OS X 10.5, including Acronis Files Connect (formerly ExtremeZ-IP), Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger), Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther), and Microsoft's now discontinued Services for Macintosh (SFM) on Windows 2000 or Windows 2003.
As a workaround, restart the backup operation

To upgrade to a 3-computer subscription, you need to purchase an Acronis True Image (Essential, Advanced or Premium) for 3 computers. Three 1-computer subscriptions cannot be automatically summed up into a 3-computer subscription.

You can transfer your existing Acronis True Image license to a new computer, if the previously used computer becomes retired and is no longer used. In other cases, a new Acronis license must be bought for the new computer.

Using Acronis True Image 2019 and later you can duplicate all your data and make macOS bootable on your new hard drive via Disk Cloning. You can use this to migrate to a new Mac computer or to clone the system to an external HDD and have a bootable copy of the system.
Keep in mind the following limitations:

When recovering your Mac via Acronis rescue media, you have erased the system volume on the target disk by using Disk Utility prior to recovering the system.
Recovery completes without errors, but the system does not boot after restore.

As a workaround, erase the entire disk and format it as APFS before recovering your Mac:
